To get started, complete the Floral Enquiry Form. Once you’ve selected your preferred consultation date and time, your appointment will be confirmed and your floral journey will begin.

During your consultation, we’ll talk through your ideas for the day and all things florals, helping us shape a tailored quote that reflects your vision. This conversation also forms the foundation for your Viva Le Fiori moodboard, which will sit alongside your quote and guide the design process.

Shortly after your consultation, you’ll receive your custom quote and a beautifully curated moodboard.

Once you’ve had a chance to review everything and are ready to move forward, a 25% deposit is required to secure your date and officially confirm your booking. You’ll also receive our T&Cs to review and sign before we begin.

In the lead up, you can relax while the studio works quietly behind the scenes, alongside your other vendors, to bring your florals to life. We’re always available should anything arise. As your date approaches, we’ll be in touch to arrange a catch up, meeting in person where possible or via Zoom, to walk through the details together and ensure everything is beautifully aligned.
